Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Why is the name of your font "Nu Sans" instead of "Espy Sans"?

A. "Espy Sans" is a registered trademark of Apple Computer for their bitmap font. I cannot use the name because it would infringe upon this trademark.

Q. I typed an é and it appears on screen, but it just prints out as a blank space. Why does this happen?

A. The registered version of Epsy Sans contains all the accented characters and other special characters (as well as Bold, Bold Italic and Small Caps & Old Style Figures). See the Registration Info page for information on how to register Epsy Sans.

Q. Do you know that there is also an Epsy Serif? Do you have any plans to create this font?

A. Yes and Yes. If you would like to be a beta tester for this font, send me a note at wamozart@teleport.com.

Q. What are the ID numbers for the Epsy Sans Family?

A. They are:
